    Maysa is based in Bradford, UK
  • Are there any changes to your store due to Covid-19?
    Yes we have made many changes to ensure the safety of our customers and staff. We currently are open reduced hours and allow only 3 customers in the store at any one time. We have taken extra measures to keep our store clean and safe. You will be advised to santitise your hands upon entering and exiting the store. If you are coming for a Bridal Appointment please ensure you all bring a face covering with you, which must be worn throughout the appointment.
  • What services & products do you offer?
    We sell a range of casual, formal wear, jewellery & accesories which are ready to buy. We offer a customised made to order service for a range of Formal Wear & Bridal Wear. We also offer a fitting service for clients who wish to purchase Bridal wear off the rack.
  • Do I need an appointment to try Bridal Outfits on?
    Yes we recommend you book an appointment. It gives you the opportunity to browse, try on Bridals and get the best advice. It also ensures your trip is not wasted as sometimes we can accomodate walk in appointments but unfortunately it is not always possible. Weekends and Holidays can get very busy, so book in!
  • How early should I place my Order?
    It depends on the outfit, for Bridal we recommend 6 months before your wedding is an ideal amount of time, for Formal Wear 4 months. When placing your order we will guide you on factors that may affect this time frame.
  • Do you do matching accessories for Grooms?
    Yes we can create customised extras for the Groom alongside your Bridal Order including matching ties, bow ties, pocket fabrics & shawls. Contact us for more details.
  • What happens if my Bridal Order arrives and doesn't fit properly?
    At the time of placing your order we will inform you of how we update measurements throught the order process. We will request you to come in store 1 month prior to your order arriving to provide us with updated measurements. We also request that you inform us as soon as possible if your measurements have changed by at least 1 dress size or more. we then update measurements accordingly. Once your order arrives we will provide a fitting for you to ensure your outfit fits perfectly!
